Our 2013 Sauvignon Blanc greets you with tropical fruit, pear, and honeydew on the nose. On the palate, a subtle base of fruits with a hint of white flowers and a ghost of jalapeno, give way to a bright dry finish with nice minerality. The marvelous combination of fruit and acidity make this a very enjoyable wine, that pairs easily with food. We recommend pairing this white wine with our Chilled Pea Soup featuring poached shrimp and pickled serrano peppers.
